Who we are
Girlthrough Club runs this website and is responsible for your personal data. Contact: girlthrough.forever@gmail.com.
What we collect

- Profile: display name, Instagram handle, photo, bio, city, what you offer and portfolio links — shown publicly on your profile.
- Verification: the note you write and your status.
- Activity: posts and cover images you publish, requests to join, shop codes, and chat messages (visible only to the members of that post).
- Newsletter: your email and language, if you subscribe.
- Trust and safety: reviews you write and receive (shown on profiles), reports you file (seen only by admins), and people you block (private to you).
- Technical: the cookies described in our Cookie policy. We don't use analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
- To run the service you signed up for — accounts, posts, matching, chat, and notification emails about your shoots (contract).
- To keep the community safe — verification and handling reports (legitimate interests).
- To send the newsletter — only if you subscribed (consent). You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We use Supabase to host our database, sign-in and file storage (servers in London, UK) and a web host to serve the site. They process data only on our instructions. Other members see what you choose to put on your profile and posts.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. You can delete your account yourself (My page → Delete account), which removes your profile, photos, shoots, requests, messages and reviews straight away; or ask us and we'll do it within 30 days. Newsletter addresses are deleted when you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data, and object to or restrict how we use it. Email girlthrough.forever@gmail.com. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
Age
Girlthrough is for people aged 18 and over.
